Physical "Retro Computer" Trading Cards now available for order!
Want collectible trading cards for classic computers -- including a playable trading card game? Trick question. Of course you do.
Yesterday, I showed off the digital, retro trading cards (which are available as NFTs).
Oh-so-many of you reached out to me to plead for actual, physical versions. Ones you can hold in your hands and put on display.
Well, I’ve figured out the logistics and are making it happen!
That’s right. I’m now taking orders for a full set of 60 collectible trading cards. Each featuring a classic, retro computer system (or peripheral).
In addition to being collectible trading cards, there will be rules included for a trading card game that you can play with others. Imagine playing a Commodore 64 card in order to crush your opponent. Yeah. We all want that in our lives.
Because of the nature of printing high-quality trading cards, I will be taking orders only until February 1st. At which point orders will be cut off and a bulk order will be made with the printing company.
You can put in your orders now over at Itch.io.
Important Dates:
Orders must be in by February 1st, 2022.
On February 1st, the final images of all cards will be made available to everyone who ordered.
On February 1st, everyone who ordered will be contacted to verify shipping address. At that point, the printing company will do its magic.
Estimated delivery date (for those in the USA): February 15th.
A full set of 60 cards costs $40. That includes shipping if you are in the USA.
For those not in the USA, I recommend contacting me first (bryan@lunduke.com) so that I can get an accurate shipping estimate for you. Sometimes shipping from the USA to other parts of the world can get pricey.
