Funny Programming Pictures Part XX

lunduke.substack.com

It’s Friday! Let’s get our giggle on!

What follows are funny pictures about programming and computers and stuff. I found them on the Internet. Ctrl-C, Ctrl-V.

In other news: “Let’s get our giggle on” is a phrase I have just decided must never be used again. Or maybe… used daily. One or the other.

It’s funny because it’s true.
Maybe this is why I keep failing all those robot tests…
May be an image of 1 person, standing, fishing, fishing rod, body of water and text that says 'asking for help online "I have the same problem"'
97% of every entry in the Stack Overflow database.
Yep. Looks good to me. Passes code review!

Maybe that bit of code should be used during interviews. If the interviewee doesn’t see any problem with the code… they’re hired.

I want to believe that someone made this by hand.

Same. Except replace “My friends” with “Entire Internet and rooms full of hundreds of people who are daydreaming about Applebee’s”.

This never happened.

My word. This hits close to home.

The most efficient sorting algorithm in history. Occasionally.

It’s a good joke. Man. I hate to be “that guy”. Ah, what the heck, I’ll do it… it’s making a request that someone else “pull” your code. There. I did it. I ruined the joke. You’re welcome.

I had this problem when I requested to run Linux… at a Linux company. Manager made almost exactly that same face. True story.

Time for a SCREAM Test…
