The Lunduke Journal stream-a-thon: May 2nd @ 9am Central Time
Come hang out, chat, and help The Lunduke Journal hit all its monthly goals... in one day.
I like Linux. And old computers. Also alternative operating systems.
Oh, and I love writing and talking about those things.
You know what I don’t love doing? Business-y stuff. Worrying about things like “subscriber count” and “revenue”. Blarf. Not my jam.
So, with that in mind, I’ve decided to try something a little different this month:
Tomorrow (May 2nd), I’m going to do a live-streaming telethon… and see if we can accomplish all of the Lunduke Journal subscription goals — for the entire month of May — in one day.
(Luckily the goals for May are pretty gosh darned modest. Should be totally doable.)
Plus: It’ll be a good trial run for me doing a multi-hour video stream in the lead-up to LundukeFest (which is less than two weeks away!).
To make this simple, I’ll be live streaming over on the Lunduke Journal YouTube Channel — and will announce the stream, as soon as I go live, everywhere that you can subscribe to The Lunduke Journal (Substack, Locals, and Patreon).
We will also probably do a live chat over on Lunduke.Locals.com. Just because it’s awesome over there.
I’m shooting for a “go live” time of 9am Central Time (7am Pacific, 10am Eastern).
And it will last for at least 3 hours. Possibly much more.
So come by, hang out, and chat with some nerds while helping support the uber-nerdy, corporate-free content of The Lunduke Journal. It’ll be a hoot and a half. At least.
Maybe even like a hoot and three quarters.
See you nerds tomorrow!
