Honestly, with how wild that last two years have been... hard to say anything with real conviction. However, I would guess: Apple marketing continues to be garbage, they release some more iTrinkets and a decent CPU. AMD and Intel continue to plod along. Silicon yields will be bad, as you noted, but for more than supply chain (TSMC struggling with their advanced nodes). Intel may actually get something done that is competitive in price/power vs performance. ARM will continue to be a basket case: attacking licensees, China being rogue, and generally mismanaging itself. Meanwhile, RISC-V will continue eating the corporate microcontroller space. The PinePhone will remain unusable as a daily driver. Oracle will buy and ruin something again. Microsoft will continue destroying Windows. Linux will continue to be boring corporate mainstream stuff with still-broken audio thanks to pipewire. SerenityOS will become usable as a daily driver. Haiku will get some more hardware support. Amiga will continue to not die.

I predict Mozilla does an internal audit and acknowledges that $750 was misspent.
