And, I want old school full out printed advertisement that are like that for all cool tech. Yes, the Steam Deck has webpages dedicated to it, but a full printed all-in campaign? In a magazine? We have lost something either in how enticing our tech is now, or how advertisers used to make them so. Maybe, we have all grown up in our tech and we have lost the magic of a kid’s wonder that a new concept or idea or toy. Aka, I am missing the early computing era.
This is such a throwback. Commodore 64 was one of the first computer I ever owned, in the early 80s. I had two floppy drives, the monitor, a modem. I was on cloud 9! And I had the Forth cartridge. I wrote a lot of Forth code, which led me to getting a job programming in that language! Thank you Commodore!
