Older computers and older software have this ability to leave an indelible mark on the heart and soul of man that modern software systems and modern hardware do not possess. I am not too sure what it is exactly, but perhaps it's just that these older systems with limited graphics and audio capabilities had an inherent "fun" aspect in that one still required imagination. The mind, especially of a child, wanted to explore and imagine more and more from the bits of sound and graphics delivered. I could be totally off base, but that's what this 4th celebration C64 demo made me think.
