Why did Substack's developers set the site to scroll to the top of the page every few seconds? Even while someone's typing a comment? Has Substack's management decided that they hate their users and want to drive away their source of revenue?
I've complained about this too. Your only recourse is to pause the video. Might be partially reloading the page every time the video buffer refills.
