Yesterday we launched the “Tux on Tour” fundraiser for Open Source projects. Each NFT in the collection features a pixel art rendition of Tux the Penguin exploring different historical and significant operating systems and software.

What was the first one purchased? Why, the one where Tux checks out the very first release of the Amiga Workbench. Naturally.

Somehow I just knew the Amiga one would be snatched up first. Amiga fans are hardcore like that. :)

The new one being added today features Tux whisking back to 1985 to check out Windows 1.0 (and the MS-DOS Executive). Because… why not?

I won’t be posting the new additions to “Tux on Tour” every day… because that would get super annoying, super fast. So keep an eye on the “Tux on Tour” collection page to see when new ones get added.

But I had to post something today… just to make the Amiga fans happy. ;)
